Fixing or upgrading a home usually means calling around, sitting through pitches, and comparing quotes that don't line up. Marcel Bordeaux started Sanctuary after years in residential energy, where he saw homeowners juggling disconnected vendors with no one on their side.
We're here to serve homeowners. Our aim is to save you time and hassle, and to help you avoid spending money on work your home doesn't need. Sometimes the best advice is to repair what you have, or to wait. We'll tell you that too.

How we work
We start by listening: your home, your goals and your budget. Then we lay out your options side by side in plain language, including the option to wait. When you're ready, and only with your permission, we introduce you to one licensed partner we've vetted for that kind of work. They quote, contract and do the work with you directly.
